TeamViewer describes itself as a platform for remote support, endpoint management and real-time automation. Its site also lists a digital employee experience feature, an AI assistant called Tia, an AR product called Frontline, and integrations with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Slack and Microsoft Teams.

The download page lists Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, ChromeOS and Raspberry Pi, and the site links to a web app. The free version is described as available for personal use only; work-related use, use inside an organisation and revenue-generating activity need a commercial licence.

On the pricing page, licences are grouped as for single users, for teams and for enterprise (TeamViewer Tensor, fully customised). Subscriptions are paid and renewed annually, and only the expert who starts the session needs a paid licence, not the person being supported. Add-ons such as Asset Management, Endpoint Protection, Device Monitoring, TeamViewer Assist AR Lite and Mobile Device Management are priced by endpoints, users or storage and have a 30-day free trial. Non-profit and education organisations are offered a 30% discount.
