AnyDesk describes itself as remote access software that connects you from where you are to where you need to be. Its home page lists collaboration, assistance, access and security features, a choice of Cloud or On-Premises deployment, and mobile support. Version 9 is announced there, with session requests, session invitation links and session queues aimed at help desk teams.
The pricing page FAQ says AnyDesk is free for personal use with a limited set of features and support, and that professional users need a licence. Only the person who starts a session needs a licence. The support documentation lists clients for Windows, macOS, Linux, Raspberry Pi OS, Android, iOS and iPadOS. Remote control of iOS devices is not supported, and ChromeOS devices can be viewed but not controlled.
