Our verdict
What it does well
- Mobile apps for Android and iOS
- Unlimited contacts and deals on every plan
- Open API on all plans and 500+ marketplace integrations
Where it falls short
- No free plan, only a 14-day trial
- Per-seat pricing, with plans running up to $79 per seat
- Add-ons such as LeadBooster, Web Visitors and Smart Docs are billed separately

Pipedrive calls itself a sales pipeline CRM designed to help small businesses manage leads. It covers lead and deal management, email and calendar sync, sales automation, reporting, and an AI meeting-intelligence feature called Nova that is included in all plans at no extra cost. It has mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Pricing is per seat. Pipedrive's site lists four plans (Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate), with monthly or annual billing. Its own comparison page gives the per-seat range as $14 to $79 and says there is no free plan. Paid add-ons such as LeadBooster, Web Visitors, Smart Docs and Projects are billed separately or bundled into higher tiers.
Every plan includes unlimited contacts and deals, an open REST API and a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The marketplace lists 500+ integrations.
