The biggest difference is the free option. HubSpot CRM has a free tier with no expiry date and no credit card, limited to two users and 1,000 contacts. Pipedrive has no free plan; it offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
Both charge per seat once you pay. Pipedrive lists a range of $14 to $79 per seat across its four plans, and its plan-by-plan prices could not be confirmed. HubSpot lists Starter from $15 per seat per month (a discount for new customers only), Professional from $50 and Enterprise from $75.
Pipedrive says every plan includes unlimited contacts and deals, an open API and its Nova meeting tool, and lists 500+ integrations. HubSpot lists over 2,000 apps in its marketplace and says its free tier includes contacts, deals, pipelines, tasks, a shared inbox and reporting dashboards.
Both have iOS and Android apps and an API. Check live pricing for both before choosing, since each site shows prices that depend on billing period and region.
