Our verdict

A good fit for support teams that want per-agent pricing from $19 and built-in AI agent sessions to try out. Skip it if you need a free plan or a flat price, since AI sessions, day passes and add-ons are billed on top.

What it does well

  • 14-day free trial that gives access to the Enterprise plan
  • 500 Freddy AI Agent sessions included on Growth, Pro and Enterprise
  • Public REST API (v2) and a Freshdesk marketplace of apps

Where it falls short

  • No free plan listed on the pricing page
  • Extra AI agent sessions cost $49 per 100; Freddy Copilot is $29 per agent per month
  • Monthly billing is higher: Growth $23 versus $19 billed yearly
