Our verdict

A good fit for small teams that want a free CRM for up to three people, or low per-user prices as they grow. Skip it if you want one simple flat price, since editions, add-ons and billing periods all change the cost.

What it does well

  • Free edition for 3 users, described as free forever
  • Paid plans from $14 per user per month billed yearly
  • Integrates with 1,000+ apps, plus a public REST API

Where it falls short

  • Free edition has 5,000 API calls a day and only 10 custom email templates
  • Monthly billing is higher: Standard is $20 versus $14 billed yearly
  • Page does not state the length of the free trial
The Zoho CRM website
The official Zoho CRM website, 16 October 2026.

Zoho CRM calls itself 'the easiest AI CRM for growth'. It covers sales force automation, workflows, cadences, reports and dashboards, forecasting, and its Zia AI assistant. Zoho says it integrates with over 1,000 applications through the Zoho Marketplace and documents a REST API (V8).

Pricing is per user per month. The free edition is free forever for 3 users, with 5,000 API calls per day, up to 10 custom email templates and data export up to 10 times. Paid editions are Standard ($14 billed yearly, $20 monthly), Professional ($23 yearly, $35 monthly), Enterprise ($40 yearly, $50 monthly) and Ultimate ($52 yearly, $65 monthly).

Zoho also sells Zoho CRM Plus, a bundle of sales, marketing and service tools that starts at $20 per user per month. All paid editions advertise a free trial, but the page does not give its length.
