Jotform describes itself as an easy online form builder, with forms that handle logic, payments, reporting and automation. Its site lists 200+ integrations and a public REST API that works with an API key from your account.
Plans in US dollars: Starter is free (5 active forms, 100 submissions a month, 500 stored submissions, 100 MB upload space, 10,000 form views, single user). Bronze is $39 a month or $408 a year, Silver $49 a month or $468 a year, and Gold $129 a month or $1,188 a year. Enterprise is custom-priced and the only multi-user plan.
Higher plans raise limits: Bronze has 25 forms and 1,000 submissions a month, Silver 50 forms and 2,500, Gold 100 forms and 10,000. Branding removal starts at Bronze and HIPAA features at Gold. Jotform says there is no trial for paid plans; the free Starter plan lets you try the standard features.
