Our verdict

Calendly suits individuals and sales or recruiting teams that want a well-known booking page with many integrations. Skip it if you need unlimited event types for free or want to host the software yourself.

What it does well

  • Free plan listed as always free, with a browser extension included
  • Cites 150+ integrations, including Zoom, Google Calendar, Outlook and Stripe
  • Teams plan adds round-robin distribution and lead routing

Where it falls short

  • Free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection
  • Hosts need a paid seat; Enterprise starts at $15k per year (50 seats)
  • Not open source, so no self-hosting

Calendly lets people share a booking link so invitees can pick a time that fits the host's connected calendar. Its site also lists AI add-ons (Notetaker for meeting recaps and Callie, a scheduling assistant in beta), contacts and payments.

Calendly's pricing page lists four plans: Free ($0, always free), Standard at $10 per seat per month, Teams at $16 per seat per month, and Enterprise starting at $15k per year for 50 seats (USD only). Seats are needed for connecting a calendar and hosting meetings; invitees do not need one.

The Free plan covers one event type, one calendar connection, one-on-one scheduling, a customizable booking page and the browser extension. Standard adds unlimited event types, automations and reminders and Stripe and PayPal payments. Teams adds round-robin scheduling and routing.
